Last summer, three nights in a row, severe thunderstorms broke out while I was having my vacation at Chalkidiki in Greece. All day long the sun was shining but as soon as the night approached clouds were filling the sky and thunders were cracking the clouds. I was out every night chasing the storms till the moment it started to rain. Then I was jumping into my car and headed back home.
This photo was taken at Loutra Agias Paraskevis in Chalkidiki. Chalkidiki is a famous tourist location with many beautiful beaches with golden sand. A perfect place to relax and enjoy your summer holidays. Here, you can see many lightings in the sky colorizing the dramatic clouds. The sea is relatively calm though. You can even see the blue water and almost no waves. But the rain was approaching so I just took a dozen photos before leaving for my home. I really enjoyed it though!
